To complement our team in the residential area, we are looking for a motivated specialist starting on 1. Oktober 2026 or by arrangement. ###

Your profile: completed or ongoing training in the socio-pedagogical, supervisory, or psychiatric field, joy in working with different age groups, high level of independence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and willingness for cross-departmental cooperation.

As a responsible specialist, you accompany both adult residents in Filzbach as well as adolescents and young adults in Mollis with different resources, support needs, and impairments. You shape everyday life in a resource-oriented manner, promote self-determination, participation, and the greatest possible independence, and take responsibility for reliable, professional accompaniment in both residential areas.

• Your tasks include key worker work and everyday life organization in the residential groups, cooperation with internal and external reference systems, as well as support with household management, administrative matters, leisure, and personal topics. You accompany development and change processes, participate in target agreements and progress reviews, and act professionally according to our concepts and in a solution-oriented manner in crisis and demanding care situations.
• Working hours and locations: 80% workload with a split of 40% each for Adult Living in Filzbach and Youth and Young Adult Living in Mollis, usually two weeks per month assignment in Filzbach or Mollis respectively; the concrete assignment planning is done in consultation with the two teams. You bring the willingness for irregular working hours as well as evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts according to the duty roster and the requirements of the respective residential offerings, as well as the flexibility to adapt to different age groups, care intensities, and residential settings.
