The offering includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addictions, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups.### Your area of responsibility • Ensuring individual and professional care and support for our residents • Organization and coordination of work processes and activities • Assistance with care assessment (RAI) • Regular assumption of daily responsibility • Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapies, activation, and case management • Shared responsibility for the implementation of good care quality in the residential group and in the Q-group • Supporting our training officers in the training of apprentices Your profile • Training as Dipl.
