What you will do with us

• Independent management of an existing portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Direct support of selected owners and tenant parties
• Classifying and solving complex tenancy law, technical, and economic cases
• Accompanying renovation and repair topics together with internal and external partners
• Contributing specialist knowledge to the team and supporting less experienced colleagues

What you bring with you

MUST-HAVE

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management
• Several years of practice in the management of rental properties
• Secure knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent and structured way of working with clear priority management
• Binding and solution-oriented communication

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with institutional owners or larger key accounts
• Experience with more demanding renovation, conversion, or repair projects
• Experience with commercial lease relationships or mixed-use properties
