What you do on a daily basis
During your three years of training, you discover several departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, or even Customer Service. This varied journey allows you to evolve within competent and dynamic teams, representing about forty different professions.
Within our Customer Service, you join the management teams and actively participate in managing the requests of our insured persons, whether by telephone, in writing, or at reception. You make use of your ability to communicate in a clear and benevolent manner to provide reliable and personalized answers.
You also participate in the administrative follow-up of client files and benefit requests and statements. With rigor and precision, you verify coverage guarantees and evaluate rights to benefits.
In Human Resources, you contribute to preparing the entry, exit, and transfers of employees, following up on anniversaries, and establishing official documents, such as work attestations and certificates, or work permits.
Your attentive eye for writing quality and spelling also allows you to take charge of correspondence missions, such as responses to applications.
