Quality, safety and compliance • Ensure the quality, safety and compliance of technical achievements, in accordance with current standards (PDIE, CEI/EN 61439, OIBT). • Check electrical panels before delivery, ensuring compliance with signed offers and regulatory requirements. • Contribute to optimizing technical solutions during assembly, improving implementation methods, quality and efficiency of installations. • Play a central role in the technical control and validation of electrical panels (TGBT). • Identify, anticipate and correct technical discrepancies before delivery, with a focus on quality and reliability of achievements. Operational management of the workshop • Provide technical support to electrical cabinet assembly teams (TGBT, counting, photovoltaic), accompanying key stages and resolving technical issues. • Bring a critical and experienced perspective to achievements, with a focus on continuous improvement. Commercial development • Promote the company's activity to existing and potential customers, in collaboration with the sales department. Coordination and communication • Ensure coordination and smooth communication between the workshop and various project stakeholders. • Participate in meetings with site managers, sessions with clients, architects, engineers and contractors. • Collaborate closely with project and technical-sales managers. • Ensure technical management and monitoring of workshop projects, from preparation to delivery, while respecting deadlines, costs and technical requirements. • Ensure management and optimization of the workshop's production schedule, based on project priorities and available resources. Skills ## • You have a CFC in automation, electrical installation or equivalent training. • You have a workshop manager certificate in electrical panel construction or a federal diploma as a Master in electrical panels and automation. • You have solid experience in the field of electrical panels (TGBT), with excellent mastery of sizing and control. • You have already managed a team and appreciate teamwork. • You are comfortable in a technical reference role and know how to support teams on complex issues. • You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility. • You are versatile and appreciate varied technical environments. • You have a strong ability to resolve technical problems.
