Your main tasks

• Responsibility for a smooth production process and leadership of a team of 6-10 employees
• Monitoring of the entire production process to ensure quality and production targets
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
• Changing over, adjusting, and starting up production machines as well as independent rectification of small malfunctions
• Recording of production data and material bookings in the SAP system
• Taking over deputy tasks of the shift management to ensure a smooth process

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Anlagenführer/in EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ or comparable experience in production
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader, preferably in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in dealing with GMP guidelines and good technical understanding
• Strong teamwork skills, assertiveness and a motivating, positive leadership personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Readiness for shift work (2-shift or permanent night shift)
