Do you have no desire for dusty piles of files, but want to actively shape political and social processes? Exert influence: You prepare decisions in administrative appeal proceedings for the Regierungsrat and the Direktionen – your analyses carry weight Experience politics firsthand: You support a landrätliche Kommission, advise members legally, take minutes and write the final reports Be a sparring partner: You advise the Regierungsrat, the Direktionen and departments on diverse issues of public law Accompany municipalities: You examine the regulations and ordinances of the municipalities thoroughly Shape the future: You bring your legal expertise to exciting, interdisciplinary projects of the Kanton Your Profile Sound know-how: Master of Law (MLaw) or Lizentiat; a bar admission (Anwaltspatent) is a big plus, but not a must Lead role: You have a talent for putting even complex facts into clear, understandable language Communication talent: Whether it is Regierungsräte or Gemeindeschreiber – you always hit the right tone Drive & initiative: You do not wait for instructions, but tackle topics independently and in a solution-oriented manner Team player: For us, working together counts; you enjoy working at eye level and appreciate a collegial environment Here for you Kerstin, employee of the Rechtsdienst, Telefon, will be happy to provide further information about this task.
