Personnel Consultant 80–100 %

immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Support and advice for job seekers and employees
• Active acquisition and support of client companies
• Recruitment and placement of suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and creating applicant dossiers
• Accompanying employees throughout the entire assignment
• Expansion and maintenance of long-term client relationships
• Independent management of your own client and candidate portfolio
• General administrative activities in the area of personnel recruitment

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in personnel consulting, personnel recruitment, sales, or a comparable position is an advantage
• Enjoyment of contact with people and strong communication skills
• Confident and sympathetic appearance
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and a high orientation towards service
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
