Watch Component Quality Controller (M/F) - Arch

Under the responsibility of the Quality Manager in Arch, you guarantee the conformity of high horology components and participate in the continuous improvement of quality. Your tasks: • Perform all dimensional and aesthetic control operations on high horology components and micro-components; • Respect the application of control processes and standards; • Identify defects, participate in their analysis and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions; • Participate in the processing and resolution of non-conformities. Your profile: • You benefit from at least 3 years of experience in quality control, ideally acquired in the field of watchmaking or microtechnology; • You master the QuickControl software and have a good command of optical and conventional measuring tools; • You are an analytical, rigorous, skillful and careful person, for a very demanding practice of your profession; • You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
