Head of Human Resources (Member of the extended Executive Board)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the strategic and operative further development of the entire HR area
• Leadership and development of a team of four employees
• Professionalization and further development of HR processes, structures, and instruments
• Support and advice for employees and managers throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Further development of Employer Branding, corporate culture, as well as personnel and leadership development
• Accompanying change processes and cross-departmental projects
• Ensuring fair compensation and personnel policy as well as relevant legal requirements
• Close cooperation with the CEO, the Executive Board, and the Personnel Commission
• Regular presence at the locations Granges (VD) (main location), Weinfelden (TG), and Goldach (SG)

Your competencies

• Higher education in the field of Human Resources and several years of experience in strategic and operative HR management
• Broad HR knowledge and ideally experience in a medium-sized industrial company with several locations
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in building structures, professionalizing processes, and taking initiative
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in the development of employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation strength, and good organizational skills
• Very good German and French skills (min. C1)
