Ideally, you also possess • Several years of experience in product management • A business administration education with insurance-specific training or further education and experience in insurance, financial services, or similar industries • Joy in structuring complex issues • Entrepreneurial thinking and action • Experience with market analyses, business cases, and customer needs as well as enthusiasm for methods such as Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, or MVP approaches • Interest in using AI meaningfully in product management.
