Proven experience in industrial laser, ideally on Femto, GF 400, and Laser Cheval

Comfort in process development, fine adjustments, and technical problem solving

Experience in workshop management or team supervision

Global vision, sense of organization, natural leadership

Ability to structure, optimize, and evolve a technical department

Rigor, autonomy, clear communication, and team spirit

Drive the laser workshop: organization, planning, prioritization of flows, and resource management

Develop laser processes on Femto, GF 400, and Laser Cheval machines

Optimize parameters, guarantee process stability, and improve yields

Supervise, support, and develop the skills of operators

Ensure the aesthetic and dimensional quality of components

Manage emergencies, priorities, and production needs

Collaborate closely with the Methods, Quality, and Production departments

Propose technical and organizational improvements to strengthen workshop performance

Ensure first-level maintenance and ensure the availability of the machine fleet

Guarantee a safe, clean working environment in compliance with standards
