Specialist in Care (m/f/d) ##

Your main tasks ###

• You accompany and support the residents holistically and individually, with a focus on quality of life and self-determination.
• As a reference person, you shape everyday life in an inspiring living environment that puts the personal needs and potentials of the cared-for people at the center.
• You accompany residents in a residential group with a nursing mandate.
• You actively contribute to the team and contribute to a constructive and appreciative cooperation.

Your profile ###

• Degree as Specialist in Care (FaBe) or experience and interest in the field of accompaniment and care of people with disabilities.
• Ideally experience in dealing with people with challenging behavior.
• You are sociable, possess strong reflective skills and bring high teamwork skills.
• Weekend services and spontaneous assignments are not an obstacle for you, but part of a varied activity.
• Interest in the anthroposophical foundations of our work would be wonderful, but is not a must - openness to new things counts more for us.
