ETH/HES Architect or Architectural Drafter

Your missions : Ensure contact with clients, develop projects and write offers Accompany mandates throughout all SIA phases Monitor construction sites, deadlines and construction costs Perform computer-aided design (VectorWorks 2D and 3D) Manage deadlines, offers, site monitoring and finances Take charge of administrative work related to mandates Work both in a team and autonomously Have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of activity of the agency Your profile and skills : ETH - HES Architect, or CFC Architectural Drafter Excellent mastery of French orally and in writing, writing proficiency; German is an asset Analytical mind, ease in reading and understanding sketches and architectural plans Confirmed experience allowing mastery of Vaud construction procedures and law; knowledge of administrative law is a plus Ease with the Apple Macintosh environment, MS Office suite, VectorWorks (or another drawing software), QGIS, Lesosaï and EPIQR+ Rigor, sense of public service, availability, pragmatism and confidence in contacts and negotiation Autonomy, versatility, sense of organization and responsibility We offer you : Varied and stimulating activities, within the framework of public and private mandates A versatile, quiet working environment, in a convivial space A start date immediately or to be agreed upon A fixed engagement between 80 and 100 % (or to be agreed upon)
