Activities that inspire you

• Support and development of existing familia Key Accounts in the Swiss market with a focus on retail, sales management, and specialist trade
• Co-design and implementation of sales strategies to open up new business areas, particularly in snacking
• Acquisition of new customers as well as identification of market opportunities and trends
• Negotiation of annual discussions, conditions, and prices incl. responsibility for budget, turnover, sales volume, and contribution margin targets
• Close cooperation with marketing, product development, and supply chain
• Projective market analysis to recognize new growth potentials and trends
• Project work and teamwork

Live your talents
You are a customer- and market-oriented personality with a business administration education and already have several years of experience in FMCG in sales and marketing. You possess knowledge of Swiss retail channels, are experienced in sales partner management as well as in the impulse area, and have an affinity for the food industry. With passion and enthusiasm, you win and develop customers, set new impulses, and recognize market developments at an early stage. You think in networks, enjoy working in a process-oriented manner and in a team, and bring high self-motivation and commitment. Analytical skills, experience in project management, and very good IT user skills as well as good English and French skills are required.
