• Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, and tradespeople
• Organization and accompaniment of apartment handovers and acceptances
• Coordination of maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work
• Preparation of lease agreements as well as processing the entire tenancy relationship
• Budget planning as well as collaboration on heating and service charge statements
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer care

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Profound knowledge in the independent management of a real estate portfolio
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident appearance
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
