The Département de médecine (D-MED) is composed of 14 medico-nursing entities (12 medical services, 1 Unité d’investigation et de traitements brefs (UITB) and the Centre de transfusion sanguine (CTS)) with notably the particularity of having technical platforms within its organization (including interventional cardiology and digestive and pulmonary endoscopy), several treatment and care platforms (biological treatments, photopheresis and medical care), 1 hospital and outpatient dialysis center. 3 rehabilitation and habilitation programs.
Logistics Manager in the Department of Medicine - 100%
You manage the stocks and the thresholds of material ordered externally and internally for the service.
You carry out material purchases in compliance with the allocated budgets.
You manage the maintenance and upkeep of the material with partners.
You also manage the maintenance and works in the various premises of the service and coordinate the organization of the latter.
You propose and apply stock management rules placed under your responsibility.
You evaluate the needs of the units in connection with the needs of the care teams and propose appropriate supply measures in order to control costs.
You ensure liaison with the different technical and logistical partners (central warehouse, purchasing center, technical service, sterilization, linen service, publishing center).
You participate in the training of nursing staff in the introduction of new consumables or equipment.
Qualifications
You hold a diploma as an aide in care and support or benefit from training in the logistics field.
You have a good knowledge of the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève and also have good knowledge of the institutional IT tools.
You have a very good command of French, both oral and written.
You are a person who is at once organized, rigorous, dynamic and autonomous to work effectively in a collaborative manner.
You also possess the tools allowing you to deal with unforeseen events and thus easily manage stressful situations proactively. You demonstrate good capacities for adaptation, teamwork and physical endurance.
You are ready to follow the CAS Supply Chain Industrielle.
