[link hidden] Your main responsibilities include: - Preparation and cooking of food in the cold and warm kitchen areas according to specified recipes incl. tasting - Preparation and cooking of dishes for banquet events - Cooking at the live cooking table and presentation of food in front of guests - Compliance with TQM hygiene regulations to ensure the highest standards in terms of cleanliness and safety - Provision of correct information regarding the offer and allergens for the guests - Free lunch from 3.5 hours of work - Deposit for wardrobe locker CHF 1.- (please bring your own) - No free parking available (arrival by public transport recommended) - Working hours may vary!
