What you can contribute

• Lead the Zofingue branch, composed of approximately 60 employees, in terms of tasks, organization, and personnel
• Lead the design and execution of national road projects until delivery
• Assume budgetary responsibility for all projects and the operation of the branch
• Participate, within working groups or commissions, in the development of new documents concerning project design and execution as well as new standards, directives, and recommendations
• Take part in public information sessions and media events, collaborate with municipalities, professional associations, and specialized services
• Assume primary responsibility regarding the areas of Support, Asset Management, Project Management, and Investment Controlling

What makes you unique

• ETH civil engineering degree or equivalent training
• Proven several years of experience in personnel management and project management
• Solid knowledge and experience in the field of transport infrastructure
• Keen sense of politics and experience within an administration
• Innovative, flexible, loyal personality capable of providing above-average performance
