Your team and your mission

We are a multidisciplinary team of 9 employees and advise real estate professionals, owners (real estate funds, pension funds, insurance companies, public sector, etc.) as well as property managements regarding renovation investments within the framework of the energy transition. Our cross-functional expertise and innovative solutions focus on the CO2 load of real estate. Together with our customers, we proactively contribute to the energy transition and promote the sustainability of real estate portfolios.

Your area of responsibility

Our growth enables us to create an additional position in our energy monitoring team at the Ostermundigen location. As a clerk in the field of energy efficiency & sustainability, you will particularly undertake the following tasks:

• Collection and recording of consumption data from energy suppliers, property managements and/or real estate owners
• Tracking of inquiries
• Checking data consistency and the quality of consumption data
• Creation of energy balances (ImmoLabel)
• Preparation of energy monitoring reports for customers
• 1st-level customer support (access, consultation, and basic functions)
• Administrative support for customer advisors

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
• Experience in the real estate industry and/or in accounting is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office tools as well as enjoyment in dealing with numbers
• Team-oriented and innovative personality with an analytical and independent way of working
• High level of commitment and willingness to learn as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
• Experience and enjoyment in telephone and written customer contact
• Pronounced communication skills and negotiation certainty in German; French and/or English skills are an advantage
