For our customer in the Rheintal, we are looking for experienced CNC Turners and CNC Milling Machine Operators who have mastered their craft. We are looking for specialists who do not just operate CNC machines, but can independently set up, program, optimize and manufacture demanding workpieces according to drawings.

Your tasks

• Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC turning and/or CNC milling machines
• Creation, adaptation and optimization of CNC programs
• Manufacture of demanding precision parts according to technical drawings
• Selection, setup and measurement of the required tools
• Optimization of machining strategies, cutting values and manufacturing processes
• Independent running-in of new parts and programs
• Monitoring of the entire manufacturing process
• Inspection of the manufactured workpieces with common measuring and testing tools
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high quality requirements
• Error analysis and independent rectification of disturbances in the manufacturing process
• Maintenance and care of the machines

Your profile

• Completed training as a Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC-Dreher/CNC-Fräser or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in CNC machining
• Very good knowledge in CNC turning or CNC milling
• Experience in independent CNC programming - ideally with Siemens, Fanuc and/or Mastercam
• Confident reading and implementing complex technical drawings
• Very good knowledge in measurement technology, tolerances and quality testing
• Experience in independent setup and running-in of machines
• High quality awareness and precise way of working
• You work independently and find solutions independently for manufacturing technology problems

You are particularly interesting to us if you have already manufactured complex single parts or small series, created and optimized programs yourself and taken responsibility for the complete manufacturing process from setup to final inspection.
