Our customer requests

• Completed training in the field of logistics or several years of experience in a comparable function
• Several years of professional experience in logistics processes, ideally at least five years
• Valid forklift license
• Technical understanding
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Confident handling of ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Team-oriented and goal-oriented personality

What awaits you

• Acceptance and control of incoming goods deliveries based on the corresponding accompanying documents
• Recording and posting of goods receipts in the ERP system
• Carrying out goods receipt inspections according to defined quality guidelines
• Visual control of incoming goods
• Carrying out quality inspections according to specified testing procedures
• Documentation of the inspections carried out and results
• Coordination and prioritization of the various goods receipts
• Ensuring an efficient and smooth process in day-to-day business
• Creation and processing of supplier complaints in the event of quality deviations
• Close cooperation with logistics, quality, purchasing and sales
• Support in adjacent logistics processes if required
• Ensuring high process and quality stability in goods receipt
