ESG/SHE Manager

Do you want to not only manage sustainability but drive it forward measurably? In this key role, you will decisively develop and manage the ESG & SHE agenda for Froneri Schweiz und Österreich.

Your tasks

• Development of the ESG strategy and sustainability roadmap, incl. goals, KPIs and initiatives
• Coordination of cross-functional ESG activities
• Management of sustainability reporting, collection and validation of ESG data
• Assessment of risks and opportunities and advising the executive management
• Driving measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water consumption as well as waste and coordination of CO2 accounting and decarbonization initiatives
• Shaping the strategy for occupational safety and health protection
• Supporting the further development of standards, audits and safety culture

Your profile

• University degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of professional experience in areas such as sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, environmental management, compliance or a related field.
• Experience in managing sustainability programs as well as in ESG data collection
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder management
• High level of personal responsibility, integrity and a proactive, pragmatic as well as solution-oriented way of working.
