As a member of our Customer Success team, you ensure that the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms of our scanning and BPO center operate reliably and are continuously developed. You analyze technical challenges, implement adjustments, and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the platforms remain stable and high-performing at all times. Through your technical understanding and solution orientation, you make a decisive contribution to guaranteeing the stability of our IDP platforms and thus the quality of our BPO services in the long term. What you do with us • You ensure the reliable operation of the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms of our scanning and BPO center by continuously monitoring their performance and system availability. • You analyze and resolve technical malfunctions detected during monitoring and ensure that incidents and service requests are handled within the agreed service levels. • You implement change requests and actively contribute to the continuous development of our platforms. • With the team, you ensure that the agreed service schedules are respected and that technical support on-site for our scanning and BPO center is guaranteed. • You support our BPO Service Managers in client technical requests. • You identify potential optimization opportunities and actively involve yourself in the improvement of our processes, services, and internal IDP platforms. • You document configurations, adjustments, and technical modifications in a clear and structured manner. • You share your knowledge within the team and contribute to the construction and maintenance of our technical expertise. What characterizes you • You are service-oriented, helpful, and keep a cool head even during periods of high activity. • You are proactive, structured, and can easily prioritize your tasks. Working independently with regular team exchanges is a matter of course for you. • You enjoy analyzing technical problems and logs to develop sustainable solutions. • You have already acquired professional experience in a similar technical function (preferably in first or second-level support). • Experience in data entry management or IDP is a great advantage. • You have completed training in IT or comparable qualifications. • You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.
