Your tasks

Recruiting, selecting and placing qualified specialists in the manual and technical sector
Managing and filling temporary positions as well as holistic support in the recruitment process
Acquiring new customers, clarifying and recording vacancies
Conducting interviews as well as creating meaningful candidate dossiers
Targeted and success-oriented placement of candidates with customers
Supporting customers and temporary employees during the entire assignment
Creating contracts as well as processing business cases in the ERP system
Representing and supporting within the team
Your profile

Technical, manual or commercial basic training
Initial or several years of experience in sales, consulting or recruiting
Further training as Techn. Kaufmann, Handelsdiplom or Verkaufsfachmann with eidg. FA (or still in training) is an advantage
Front-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented personality with negotiation skills
Enjoyment of customer contact as well as team- and service-oriented way of working
German: proficient / Foreign languages: an advantage
