On an exclusive mandate basis, we are looking for a leadership personality to take over the internal sales department and specifically develop the existing team, starting immediately or by arrangement. Opportunity. f/m Your tasks A well-coordinated team, clear processes, and an internal sales department that works – this is exactly where you start and roll up your sleeves. Around 70 % of your time, you are actively involved in daily business. From order processing to the creation of offers and the handling of customer inquiries. At the same time, you take over the technical and personnel leadership of a well-coordinated team of 8 employees. You support and coach your team in everyday life and ensure that order processing as well as customer care function efficiently and reliably. Furthermore, you work closely with the field service, purchasing, and logistics, and ensure that the interfaces interlock smoothly, thereby ensuring high service quality. Finally, you analyze existing processes, recognize optimization potential, and contribute actively to the further development of processes in the internal sales department.
