Experience in the healthcare sector is welcome but not a prerequisite. What is decisive is your willingness to familiarize yourself with interest and commitment with the peculiarities of a highly regulated environment. Sound business administration education (FH/University) with a focus on finance/controlling Several years of professional experience and leadership responsibility in a comparable function Entrepreneurial thinking as well as analytical and structured way of working Ability to provide orientation and bring different stakeholders together Experience in the further development of finance, controlling, or digitalization processes What awaits you You will take on a key role with a direct influence on the further development of a meaningful organization.
