It is currently looking for a Financial Accountant to join its team and work on a varied accounting scope within its Swiss entity. Your tasks at your new employer You will work on the entire accounting cycle of the Swiss entity and develop a complete vision of accounting through the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions You will actively participate in monthly closings and the preparation of Group reporting, while progressively developing your skills in variance analysis between results, budgets, and forecasts You will perform account reconciliations and contribute to various financial controls in order to guarantee data quality and compliance with internal, external, and SOX requirements You will take part in daily cash management, monitor liquidity, and participate in the preparation of cash-flow analyses and forecasts alongside various financial interlocutors You will develop your expertise in VAT by participating in reconciliations, the preparation of quarterly returns, as well as various tax tasks intended for the Group You will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and the various finance teams and participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the evolution of accounting tools What you offer your new employer You have a completed or recently completed higher education in finance or accounting, such as a Federal Diploma, a Bachelor's, a Master's, or training deemed equivalent You benefit from a first experience in accounting or finance and now wish to join a comprehensive role that allows you to consolidate your knowledge and progressively broaden your expertise You have a very good command of French and English, both spoken and written, and your knowledge of German represents an additional asset in this international environment You are comfortable with financial and ERP tools such as D365 Finance & Operations as well as Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint, and appreciate digitized environments You are curious, rigorous, and organized, enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate easily with different interlocutors while having a desire to learn and gain autonomy You can also benefit from the following advantages You will develop a particularly comprehensive experience by working on accounting, closings, treasury, VAT, reporting, and financial controls You will directly put into practice the knowledge acquired during your training and continue to develop your expertise through contact with varied accounting issues You will evolve in an international environment and collaborate with different finance teams, which allows you to quickly broaden your understanding of group challenges You will discover and deepen local and US accounting standards as well as requirements related to financial controls and the SOX environment You will work in close connection with the Finance Manager and progressively gain autonomy on a large and stimulating financial scope You will contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and participate in the evolution and testing of financial tools and systems Have we aroused your interest?
