Your tasks: Opening and closing the reception Welcoming visitors Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing Management of badges, keys and small equipment Management of incoming/outgoing mail Management of conference rooms Various reservations Various administrative tasks Your profile: 1st confirmed experience in reception / front desk Excellent presentation French/German bilingual MANDATORY English B2 Proficiency in standard IT tools (word, excel, outlook...)
