As a Senior Application Engineer Syrius, you continuously develop our core application Adcubum Syrius and take intelligent end-to-end automations to the next level. You design transparent, understandable, and value-adding processes and demonstrate real impact with automation. Together with departments, external partners, and your team, you ensure that our business processes run reliably, efficiently, and are future-proof.

• You develop and operate end-to-end automations in Adcubum Syrius with a focus on workflows and events
• You analyze technical requirements and implement them using parameterization and rule sets
• You continuously develop interfaces and automated document processes, also in interaction with adjacent systems
• You ensure stable operation through release, integration, and regression tests
• You analyze incidents, coordinate their resolution, and support our departments as a technical contact person
• You take on (partial) project management in projects from conception to the successful introduction of new solutions
• You develop the technological and procedural strategy for Syrius and adjacent systems and derive concrete measures from it
• You continuously optimize existing processes, think system-wide, and actively bring in your own ideas
• You share your knowledge within the team and shape interdisciplinary standards

This characterizes you ###

• Computer science degree or equivalent education with corresponding professional experience
• At least five years of experience in application engineering or parameterization of complex business applications; experience with Adcubum Syrius is an advantage.
• Experience in (partial) project management as well as in the development of strategies for complex, system-wide application landscapes
• Ideally, you have experience with Adcubum Syrius as well as workflows and process automations
• Enjoy analyzing complex processes and developing sustainable solutions
• Experience in test management, incident management, and collaboration with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of agile methods or project management (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, HERMES, or ITIL) is a plus
• Very good German language skills and a self-contained, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
