Your mission

• Ensure general maintenance of communal buildings, infrastructure, and furniture, including interior and exterior cleaning according to defined schedules
• Carry out routine repairs and preventive maintenance of installations and buildings
• Control, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (electricity, sanitary, heating, ventilation, security)
• Prepare and restore premises according to needs (events, various uses), and manage the opening and closing of buildings
• Ensure the maintenance of cleaning equipment and guarantee the proper use of products, including sensitive or toxic products
• Manage waste and contribute to compliance with environmental standards
• Participate in the training of the apprentice
• Perform on-call services according to a rotation (evening and weekend)
• Perform administrative tasks related to the function

Your profile

• CFC operations agent or sanitary installer or equivalent training
• Experience in the sanitary field desired
• Reliable, organized, autonomous, and versatile person
• Team spirit and good ability to adapt
• Good physical condition, comfortable with working at heights and the use of chemical products
• Sense of contact, particularly with children (school environment) and interest in public service
• Mastery of French (oral and written) and standard IT tools
• Driver's license and residing nearby (max. 30 minutes) due to on-call services
