RAG DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) / GenAI/LLM, RAG / 100%/ ZH

Project: For a GenAI team of a Swiss bank, we are looking for an experienced DevOps/GenAI Engineer who accompanies RAG solutions from technical conception through implementation to productive operation.

Tasks:

• Development and further development of productive GenAI and RAG solutions
• Implementation of new AI Use Cases from conception to production
• Prompt and context engineering as well as evaluation and optimization of LLM solutions
• Construction and operation of APIs, data pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Use of Python and Azure, ideally Azure AI Search / AI Foundry
• LLM tracing, monitoring, LLMOps and continuous quality optimization
• Collaboration with Data Scientists, Cloud/DevOps and Business Engineers

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience with GenAI, LLM and RAG
• Experience with productive RAG solutions, not just PoCs
• Very good Python knowledge as well as experience with CI/CD and automated deployments
• Experience with Azure Cloud and ideally LangChain/LangFuse
