Product Specialist Interface & Automation (Location West Switzerland)
In this role, you will actively contribute to expanding the market position of Phoenix Contact AG in Switzerland – through competent advice, technical support and tailor-made solutions for our customers.
Area of responsibility:·
Technical advice and support for the product group Interface & Automation (by telephone, via MS Teams or on site)
Creation, checking and evaluation of offers
Processing and assessment of warranty cases, complaints and returns
Collaboration in the introduction of new products including conducting internal training
Independent coordination and implementation of customer projects
Profile:·
Business fluent French skills, German skills at level B1
Completed basic technical training (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics)
Experience in technical support and/or in the sales of technical products
Strong technical affinity and enjoyment of solution-oriented exchange with customers
Structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills as well as high teamwork skills
