Social Insurance Specialist

Main activities

• Welcoming, informing, orienting, and providing support to the population regarding their rights and obligations in matters of social insurance and social schemes (AVS, AI, PC, PC familles, health insurance, etc.)
• Accompanying individuals in their procedures related to social insurance
• Offering administrative support to the population in need
• Various tasks related to collaboration with partner services (OVAM, caisse cantonale vaudoise de compensation AVS, etc.)

Desired profile

• CFC d-employé(e) de commerce or training deemed equivalent
• Certificate of generalist in social insurance
• Federal diploma in social insurance is an asset
• practice in a social insurance agency would be an asset
• a personality very comfortable in human relations with proven listening skills
• ability to adapt and great discretion
• experience in the use of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Filemaker pro, etc.)
