WHAT YOU WILL DO: #### • Production of fresh butter, industrial butter and butter oil • Pasteurization of creams and preparation of cultures according to established protocols • Respect instructions and production plan so that everything is done on time • Thoroughly clean installations and work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards • Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate flexibility in schedules • Be a force for proposal and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes WHAT YOU BRING: #### • CFC dairy technologist or equivalent training in the dairy field • Confirmed experience in cheese dairy, dairy or food industry • Practical and theoretical knowledge of cheese production with skills in using automated facilities.
