We are constantly looking for strong, reliable, and motivated timber construction assistants (m/f/d) for various renowned timber construction companies in the Canton Luzern. This position is particularly suitable for high school graduates, students, apprentices, as well as persons who want to work before military service (Rekrutenschule), during a gap year, or during semester holidays and earn good money.

You do not need completed training in timber construction for this job. What is important is your motivation, your physical fitness, and your willingness to actively help out on the construction site.

Job Description ##

• Assistance with the erection of timber structures
• Support in element construction, interior finishing, and assembly work
• Collaboration on various timber construction sites in the Canton Luzern
• Support of carpenters and timber construction specialists
• Carrying, preparing, and providing building materials
• General assistant tasks in timber construction
• Order and cleanliness at the workplace
• Collaboration with the construction site team

The assignments take place from Monday to Friday and last several weeks or months depending on the order.

Your profile:

• You live permanently in the Canton Luzern - this requirement is mandatory
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have very good oral German skills
• You are physically fit, resilient, and enjoy working outdoors
• You are reliable, punctual, and motivated
• You can think independently and actively pitch in
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have manual dexterity and enjoy working with wood
• Initial experience on a construction site is an advantage, but not mandatory

Important: Only applicants who already live in the Canton Luzern will be considered.
