Cleanroom Production Coordinator (m/f) #

• Technical leadership of a production team in the cleanroom
• Planning and coordination of personnel, equipment, and resources
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and production processes
• Induction and training of new employees
• Optimization of processes (Lean/KVP)
• Close cooperation with logistics and maintenance
• Execution of quality controls as well as documentation according to GMP/GDP guidelines
• Experience in production, ideally in the cleanroom, pharma, medical, or food sector
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and careful way of working
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Team player, resilient, and flexible
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift)
