Therefore, we are looking for a committed, open-minded, and reliable personality as Real Estate Management Clerk / Letting Specialist (m/f/d) ### St. Jakob-Park, Basel, 50% What you will do in your role as a Letting Specialist (m/f/d): • You manage the digital re-letting process from the receipt of notice to the handover of the object to the new tenants, communicate with tenants and interested parties, review applications, and prepare rental agreements • You reduce vacancies through effective marketing measures - from error-free online advertisements to the coordination of photos and 360° virtual tours • You independently carry out viewings, handovers, and acceptances of apartments. If necessary, also outside of regular working hours. What you will do in your role as a Clerk (m/f/d): • You support the management team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes • You coordinate cooperation with FM providers, craft businesses, and authorities - including offers, contract awards, and work control • Final settlements, deposit dissolutions, as well as the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and dunning management are also part of your area of responsibility Why you will succeed: • You have a basic commercial education; further training in the field of real estate management is an advantage or you are willing to complete it • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the real estate industry or in an administrative function with customer contact • You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in hectic situations, and communicate confidently in German; English is a plus • You are resilient, customer-oriented, a team player, and mobile with a valid driver's license • You enjoy personal contact with tenants and prospective tenants, and service orientation is your top priority Here are some of our benefits: ### • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
