These are your tasks You manage our portfolio monitoring solution and develop it continuously with our team You plan and implement monitoring and data concepts for our customers You prepare key figures at building, area and portfolio level and thus create the basis for informed decisions You plausibilize and analyze energy, water, CO₂ and environmental key figures and ensure high data quality You support our customers in creating sustainability reports in the environmental field You accompany special configurations within our monitoring tool and support their implementation You introduce new customers to our solution and accompany them technically during onboarding You are the first point of contact for technical questions regarding monitoring, data quality and reporting You actively bring customer and market requirements into the further development of our software and work closely with our development team This is what you bring Degree at HF, FH or comparable education in the field of energy, environment, building technology or sustainability In-depth knowledge in the field of building technology and energy, environmental and sustainability figures Very good oral and written expression in the German language Good understanding of energy and consumption data from buildings and real estate portfolios Experience with monitoring, reporting or data platforms is an advantage Good understanding of process flows and product development Mobility and willingness to attend occasional customer meetings or on-site deployments This is what you can count on from us At NeoVac, you start with a comprehensive introduction to the company, the various departments and your area of activity.
