Deputy Team Lead Intralogistics - Night Shift

Do you want to take on responsibility when our logistics are running at full speed? In the night shift of intralogistics, as Deputy Team Lead, you and your team ensure that the picking areas in our logistics center are reliably supplied. In doing so, you control processes, actively pitch in, and make a difference every evening together with your team. Important notes: Night shift: Sun: 22:00 - 05:30 / Mon - Thu: 20:30 - 06:00 What you drive * Operative control: You lead your team at night and ensure smooth logistics operations - from the cooled temperature zones Fresh and Cold to demand-oriented support for other logistics areas. * Leadership & Development: You accompany employees in their daily work, promote their professional and personal development, and relieve the Team Lead with selected leadership tasks. * Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently met and lead by example. * Communication & Cooperation: You ensure the flow of information and bring topics from the team to the responsible departments as needed. * Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows.
