Job Description

• Independent management and organization of structural engineering construction sites
• Coordination and leadership of employees
• Ensuring a smooth construction process with regard to quality, deadlines, and costs
• Implementation of work preparation in coordination with the construction management
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
• Documentation of construction progress as well as participation in acceptances

Requirement Profile

• Completed further training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) in structural engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, ideally in a management function
• Good knowledge of construction processes, construction plans, and technical drawings
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
