You will work in a team in shift operation from Monday to Sunday (07:00 to 20:00).
Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Undertaking all infrastructural tasks (outdoor work, winter service, external cleaning)
• General caretaker tasks (replacement of light bulbs)
• Explorations and intervention in emergencies, operation of the BMA
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Gardening/outdoor maintenance
• Disposal, providing containers
• Collaboration in on-call service

• You describe yourself as a service provider out of deepest conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. In addition, you bring:
• Completed basic training (facility management, logistics or similar)
• Customer-oriented, efficient and independent way of working
• Committed personality with initiative
• Driving license Cat. B
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills
• Manual dexterity
• Technical know-how
• Well-groomed appearance as well as good manners
