Workload 80–100 %, working hours Monday to Saturday between 08.00 and 18.00
Home office negotiable after 1–2 months of induction, up to two days per week

Your tasks
You answer telephone customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments and outstanding amounts
You arrange installment payments and deferrals according to clear guidelines
You process credits, refunds and offsets
You carry out connection suspensions and unsuspensions
You correct or cancel invoices where necessary
You recognize customer needs and create added value – for example with the switch to online payment, help in self-care or the adjustment of the payment method
Your profile
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, understanding of Swiss German
Interest in finance, invoice and payment topics
Empathic, friendly and solution-oriented communication
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Confident handling of IT systems and quick comprehension
Experience in customer service, Contact Center or commercial environment is an advantage – career changers who enjoy being on the phone are expressly welcome
