Vocational Training Function Acute and Transitional Care 80-100 % (FaGe EFZ or Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH)

In acute and transitional care, we accompany our residents with the goal of promoting their independence and enabling them to return home. With your professional expertise and joy in vocational training, you will accompany our apprentices and students on their educational path and simultaneously make an important contribution to high-quality care. Careful induction, professional coaching, and modern work tools will support you in your daily work.

Your tasks

• Person-centered care and support of our residents
• Accompanying and training apprentices and students within the framework of the vocational training function
• Primary contact person for questions and concerns of the trainees
• Shared responsibility for the smooth running of daily business
• Participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Recognizing complex and rapidly changing situations as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Close interprofessional cooperation with therapies, medical services, and other specialist departments

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Vocational trainer course successfully completed or willingness to complete it
• Service-oriented and appreciative way of working with a focus on the needs of our residents
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation is an advantage
• Openness to new things as well as joy in helping to shape a progressive understanding of care
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality
