F&B Assistant

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, organizationally strong, and hands-on personality as an F&B Assistant (m/f/d).

In this versatile position, you will support the management in daily operational business and simultaneously take on important organizational tasks in the Food & Beverage area. You will maintain an overview, lend a hand where support is needed, and together with our teams, ensure smooth processes and a high service quality.

Your tasks
Support with organizational and operational tasks
Creation and maintenance of duty rosters for the corresponding F&B areas
Creation and control of cleaning overviews for the employees
Organization and execution of purchasing as well as coordination of orders
Support and coordination of our F&B outlets in daily operations
Active participation in service, especially during high guest volume, events, or personnel shortages
Organization of goods issue and ensuring a structured flow of goods
Execution and control of inventories
Monitoring of stock levels and support with goods and inventory control
Close cooperation with administration, kitchen, service, and other departments of the hotel
Support in the optimization of workflows and internal processes
Your profile
You are an organizational talent and feel comfortable both in the office and in the middle of operational hotel activity. You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and enjoy taking on responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:
Experience in the hotel industry and/or gastronomy, preferably in the F&B area
Organizational talent and a structured, proactive way of working
Enjoyment of guest contact and active participation in service
Hands-on mentality and the willingness to support flexibly where you are needed
Sense of responsibility and a good understanding of inventory management and operational processes
Teamwork skills, resilience, and strong communication skills
Good German skills; other languages are an advantage
Confident handling of common digital work tools and MS Office
