Head of HR Business Partner (all)

Your tasks

• You lead, coach, and develop the Switzerland-wide team of 9 HR Business Partners
• Together with your team, you ensure effective HR Business Partnering for the companies of BKW Building Solutions and further develop structures, processes, and services
• As a member of the HR leadership team, you help shape and realize the HR strategy of BKW Building Solutions
• You advise the Executive Board and Management as a sparring partner on strategic HR topics, organizational developments, and questions regarding leadership culture
• You steer and accompany cross-departmental transformation projects, organizational changes, as well as mergers and acquisitions
• You further develop central HR topics such as talent management and succession planning in close cooperation with the business

What you bring with you

• You have a higher education degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable specialty
• Several years of leadership experience in HR Business Partnering is part of your professional background
• You have already successfully accompanied change processes and organizational developments
• You move confidently in Swiss labor law and complex HR issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism, and high advisory competence characterize you
• Very good German and good French skills as well as the willingness to travel within Switzerland are required for this role
