Head of Municipal Services or as part of a Municipal Services management team (80 - 200 %)

Our municipal services are being realigned. Do you enjoy leading a team and rolling up your sleeves both for cleaning work and in the outdoor areas? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the Municipal Services team.
• Organization and active participation in the cleaning of school, multi-purpose, and other municipal facilities.
• Planning and control of main, intermediate, and basic cleanings.
• Coordination of depot work and winter service.
• Organization of the care and maintenance of outdoor facilities.
• Care of technical systems as well as execution of minor repairs.
• Operational responsibility during events in municipal properties – with evening and weekend assignments.
• Creation of clear processes and development of the basis for setting up a training position.

What you bring with you

• Training as a caretaker (Hauswart:in) with a federal diploma or a comparable training.
• Experience in the leadership and coordination of employees.
• Practical knowledge in the maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities.
• Independent, reliable, and exact way of working.
• Driver's license category B.
• Willingness for irregular assignments and for winter service.
