Department Manager Turning (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of our team in the turning department
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and deadlines
• Optimization of manufacturing processes and introduction of new technologies
• Training and further development of employees
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth production process

Your Profile ###

• Completed training as a polymechanic or similar
• Experience in the leadership or supervision of a team
• Profound knowledge in the programming and operation of CNC turning machines
• Experience with CAM systems
• Technical understanding, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Joy in making a difference together with your team
• Good German skills
