In this versatile and responsible position, you are responsible for the smooth operational progress as well as the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects in the field of HVAC. You accompany customer requests from order intake to project success and ensure economic and quality-conscious implementation. Your main tasks: • Responsibility for the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects in the field of HVAC (heating, heat, cold) • Autonomous processing and management of customer requests and orders from order intake to project completion • Supervision of assembly work and repairs on all technical building installations • Carrying out site surveys, participating in site meetings, as well as acceptance of installations • Active exchange and coordination with architects, clients, planners, and suppliers • Coordination of all trades involved, including subcontractors • Preparation of calculations, material lists, tenders, and revision documents • Management of master data in the ERP ABACUS as well as general administrative tasks and correspondence via MS Outlook • Economic management of available resources and finances • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety directives (SUVA / EKAS) • Invoicing according to the progress of the project Your profile: You are an autonomous, goal-oriented, and resilient person with a keen sense of customer service and an interest in building technology.
