Senior Concierge

As part of its activities, Laclinic is looking for a

Senior Concierge

to join its team.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the routine interior and exterior maintenance of Laclinic
• Perform small maintenance, repair, and DIY tasks
• Maintain the terrace, access points, and green spaces
• Ensure the proper functioning of installations and intervene when necessary
• Occasionally coordinate the interventions of external service providers
• Participate in logistical tasks and ensure the perfect upkeep of spaces

Your profile:

• Proven experience in a similar role and good DIY skills
• Autonomous, versatile, and endowed with excellent practical sense
• Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Discreet, conscientious, and attentive to details
• Flexible and available according to the needs of the establishment
• Driver's license indispensable and good command of French

A varied and autonomous position within a human-sized family company, in an exceptional working environment.
Activity rate: approximately 50 %, according to needs, mainly in the morning
Remuneration: hourly
Workplace: Montreux
Start date: to be agreed
